The road to KSI vs Logan Paul 2 all began last year, when in late February 2018 YouTuber KSI, real name Olajide Olatunji, challenged Logan Paul to a boxing match, which ultimately ended in a draw after six rounds.

Eighteen months later, the two YouTube stars are going head to head again in a much anticipated rematch set to be watched by millions and attended live by a host of famous faces.

This time, both YouTubers are going above and beyond and doing everything they can to try and beat the other in the fight. KSI has been training with Olympic boxer Anthony Joshua, while Logan Paul is apparently enduring as self-imposed ‘sex ban’ on himself to store enough testosterone to win the boxing match. Whatever works for you, bro.

When is the KSI and Logan Paul rematch?

The KSI vs Logan Paul 2 rematch will take place on Saturday 9 November at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

The first fight between the YouTube stars, which was deemed by fans as the biggest internet event to happen ever, took place at the MEN Arena in Manchester.

So, this time, the match is in American YouTuber Logan Paul’s home country instead of British YouTuber KSI’s.

The rematch between KSI and Logan Paul might be going down in the USA, but that doesn’t mean we can’t still be in on the action on this side of the pond.

It has also been confirmed that KSI and Logan Paul’s fight will be streamed pay-per-view on YouTube, with fans set to pay £7.50 to tune in.

What happened at the KSI vs Logan Paul 2 press conferences?

KSI and Logan Paul have not minced words about each other in the run-up to the fight and the press conference was no exception with Logan telling KSI: ‘This will be a first-round knockout. You don’t stand a chance. After November 9, your life will be miserable.’

KSI also brought Logan’s dead dog into the mix, Kong Da Savage – who was sadly killed by a coyote – by turning up to the London press conference with a lookalike pooch to taunt his rival and saying Logan would be Kong and KSI would be the coyote. Ouch.

Over 300,000 people tuned in to watch the press conference live, which mainly consisted of KSI and Logan Paul trash talking one another, with some of the undercard fights also being announced between insults.

Logan has since blasted KSI for trash-talking him when he was at his most ‘vulnerable’, but his opponent has kept the fighting talk going, telling TMZ he wants to fight Logan’s brother too: ‘I want to fight Jake Paul, man. I really want to break his face.’

KSI has also slammed Logan Paul for putting on ‘too much muscle’ ahead of the fight and the pair clashed again as they came face-to-face at the final press conference before their fight this week.

Before the press conference finished, KSI and Logan had to be separated by security after things got too heated.

The night of their first fight, Logan’s brother Jake Paul fought with KSI’s brother Deji and won.

This time, despite KSI’s brother Deji making it clear he wants to get back in the ring, there has been no announcement about a possible rematch between both the YouTube star’s younger brothers yet.

When is the KSI vs Logan Paul 2 fight weigh in?

Before KSI and Logan Paul can meet in the ring, they’ll need to weigh-in ahead of the match to ensure they are both still within the correct weight for their fighting weight.

As this is the first pro boxing outing for the YouTubers, they are going to fight at Cruiserweight level, which means they must both weigh less than 200 pounds (14 stone 4 pounds) at the weigh in.

Logan and KSI will both be weighed on Friday November 8 and – as all other aspects of the pre-match build-up have been – the event is being made public.

Those in LA can head over to the XBOX Plaza at 1pm local time to see the YouTube stars weigh in.

According to Paddy Power, the latest odds are that Logan Paul will win the fight at 2/5. KSI’s odds sit at 15/8, and the odds that the boxing match will end with another draw are 14/1.

The odds that both fighters will be knocked down are 9/2.

The odds are 10/3 for Logan to win through points or decision, and even that he’ll win with a KO or TKO.

Logan seems to agree, as he tweeted recently that he thinks he is going to beat his rival by ‘knock out’.

‘He’ll get frustrated, remember this tweet, and then i will knock him out,’ Logan provocatively posted.

What is Logan Paul’s boxing documentary, The Maverick?

Ahead of his rematch with KSI this weekend, Logan Paul released a documentary called The Maverick on November 2 in which he shares his training and journey to the boxing ring and the first match against KSI.

Uploading the nearly 40 minute-long documentary to his YouTube channel, the 24-year-old said: ‘Literal blood, sweat, and tears were put into this film.’


The blurb on the doc’s YouTube page reads: ‘From building one of YouTube’s biggest empires to becoming the most hated man on the planet, Logan Paul turns to boxing in order to find himself again.’

At time of writing, the documentary has amassed over 4.4 million views and has garnered a positive response from fans.
