She bravely confessed she had been left with bladder problems since becoming a mum almost two years ago.

And Ferne McCann proved she had got her confidence back when she shared an inspirational throwback snap of 'her bulging glutes & hammies' in a bandeau bikini on Wednesday morning.

The 29-year-old reality star looked incredible in her sizzling two-piece as she captured a picture of herself in a mirror.

Ferne's toned and lean physique was on full display in the stunning image, which saw her pouting over one shoulder.

Ferne recently revealed she's afraid to leave the house after becoming incontinent following the birth of her daughter Sunday.

The former TOWIE star opened up about her ordeal, explaining that childbirth left her with a prolapsed bladder. 

The beauty went on to admit that her leaky bladder has left her unable to even get through a workout without an accident and has ruined her confidence when it comes to dating.

Ferne, who gave birth to Sunday in November 2017, has told how the issue has had a profound impact in her life, with the star afraid to even drink water through fear of wetting herself.

Speaking to OK! magazine about her incontinence,  she said: 'It was a bit of a joke at first as I was weeing every time I sneezed during my pregnancy and then it just got progressively worse. There was a lot of leaking and I was wetting myself all the time.'

She continued: 'It has shattered my confidence and made me scared to leave the house. Being worried you’ll wet yourself at any moment does that to you.'

Explaining how the issue has further disrupted her everyday life, she added: 'One time I was on a running machine and I had to stop because I'd completely wet myself. It got to the point where I didn't even want to drink water because I thought I'd immediately have an accident.'

The First Time Mum star also went on to reveal that she even avoided dating 'completely' as she feared that having dinner with a man would see her constantly using the toilet. 

After months of suffering however, the former Celebs Go Dating favourite finally sought the help of a doctor.

She told how she went for a 'Mummy MOT' where she was finally diagnosed with a prolapsed bladder and was 'relieved' she did as, if left untreated, it could lead to needing painful surgery.

After getting her mojo back, the TV personality revealed that she'd now be to having another child, stating she would '100 per cent'  have a brother or sister for little Sunday.

Speaking further about the possibility about having more children as well as a new relationship, the star told Closer magazine: 'Being a single parent can get really lonely sometimes. I'm still unattached, but I am looking for love, I just want to find someone who can make me laugh and call me beautiful at the same time.'

Detailing on what she is looking for in a boyfriend, the former TOWIE star added: 'I'd also like to meet someone who is happy to take the lead sometimes.'

Ferne also touched on how she feels especially lonely when her little girl spends the night at her mum's, which gives her a chance to reflect on what her life was like without Sunday and how she just 'absolutely loves being a mum'.

Discussing her future plans for babies, she said: 'I would absolutely love to have more children! I would never ever rule that out. I am not exactly sure how many more I would like exactly - it just depends where I am at I guess.'
