Good yarn: Kristen Bell regaled Seth Meyers with a hilarious anecdote about one of her girls during an interview with the talk show host on Wednesday

Kristen began the story, told on Late Night With Seth Meyers: 'Their grandfather was dying—and he’s already passed, but while he was dying, my little girl was in the back and said, "So when Papa dies… Are we gonna come to Oregon with you?

'And I was like, "Yeah, you’ll come." And she was like, "Okay. Do I need to bring my shovel? Because I have a garden set."'

'And I said, "Why would you pack your shovel, honey?"'

'She goes, "Well, I want to help bury him. Where do we do it? The side of the house? Or…"'

'Like, so practical and wanted to help.'

Bell shares her daughters with husband Dax Shepard, 45, to whom she has been married since 2013.

The talk show appearance comes after the actress revealed she and her husband once had a fight that got so intense she 'blacked out'.

'Somehow then we both blacked out and got into a fight,' she admitted on the Life Is Short podcast. 'I don't actually remember what happened, but what transpired was a lot of volume, a lot of harsh words being thrown around, and it was an angry, angry fight about how nobody does anything for anybody else.'

The Frozen phenom admitted that they never apologized, but they did make it up to each other in another way — by adopting a new dog named Frank.

'I got a dog! This is so much better than an apology,' she said on the podcast. 'We never talked about that fight ever, but I will say this: Every single thing that I have needed done or thought, 'I'd want help with this,' since that fight, he has been ahead of. I couldn't complain about him if I tried right now.'
